1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Dispatch website and platform (including any subdomains and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including independent publishers, bookshop managers, and any other visitors to our site. Your continued use of Dispatch constitutes your acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
If you are using Dispatch on behalf of an organization or business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" refer to both the individual and the organization.

Dispatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these permitted use restrictions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, text, graphics, interfaces, code, and other materials on the Dispatch platform, including but not limited to our diagnostic methodologies, process improvement frameworks, operational transparency tools, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Dispatch or our licensors. However, you grant Dispatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing our services.
You represent and warrant that any content you provide does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, does not violate any applicable law, and that you have the right to grant the licenses described above.
Dispatch is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5. Disclaimers
As-Is Basis: Dispatch is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information.
No Guarantee of Results: While Dispatch provides diagnostic tools and process improvement guidance based on supply chain best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, cost savings, delivery improvements, or elimination of distribution problems. Results depend on your implementation, organizational context, and external factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dispatch's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Dispatch exceed the amount you have paid to Dispatch in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not paid anything, then one hundred Egyptian pounds (EGP 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If such limitations are unenforceable in your jurisdiction, Dispatch's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Indemnification

By using Dispatch, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Alexandria and agree to submit to their exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of Alexandria, Egypt, as specified in Section 11.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dispatch regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
